All HDP5000 and DTC4500 lamination modules utilize a cartridge system to load overlaminate materials. A HDP5000 and DTC4500 single-sided lamination module utilizes only cartridge 1, while a duplex simultaneous lamination module utilizes cartridges 1 and 2.

FGO-82612 Lamination (also referred to as alternating overlamination) provides a layer of protection over your printed cards, making them more durable and providing protection from wear and fading. The FGO-82612 applies a laminate with the left side cutout for smart chips. FGO-82612 laminate is perfect for smart cards applying maximum overlamination while leaving the card's smart chip exposed. A printer with lamination capability is needed in order to use FGO-82612 overlamination. Fargo card printers require specialized Fargo overlaminate to function properly. To maximize printed card quality and printer durability, use only genuine Fargo overlaminate.
