CardExchange Producer Premium Edition

Besides all the functionality available in the Go Edition, CardExchange® Producer Premium enables unlimited records when using the internal database and makes it possible to customize your data edit window. It also includes powerful functionality like signature capturing, user logins, and drop down menus! A highlight of some of great features include our user and group roles, dropdown picklist fields with fixed text, 2D barcodes, unlimited card templates, UV panel support, filter record lookup, and more. We also include the ability to capture photos, store photos, capture signatures, and other data storage options. With support MS Access database connections, you are able to connect to a real database and manage your records. With Producer Premium, not only can you use one of our pre-loaded databases, you can also connect to your own MS Access database, MS Excel, and CSV. Every card you create can connect to its own database giving you the ultimate flexibility.


By using the photo options, you can, for example, configure the Take Photo button to import a photo in stead of calling a camera. All these settings in the Photo Options section can be applied separately for each connected card template. That means that for each connected card template you can set if the photo is coming from a scanner, camera, or imported from a file. Using the options makes it also very easy to create actions when printing cards, like automate what to do when there is no photo available, you can control your print process to avoid errors as much as possible. In production areas you can simply let CardExchange® automate your process by creating actions if you insert a record to your database.
