The PR-L151 heat roller laminator offers high speed lamination on standard CR-80 cards and easily attaches to the PR-C151. Multiple PR-L151's can be attached together and configured with one printer to apply different types of laminate materials to a card. This solution offers the utmost in security and protection for your applications.

The Nisca PR-L151 provides a protective layer of lamination that is applied as part of the card printing process. Laminating creates an extra layer of security for your ID cards. You can also use multiple laminators to apply different laminate material on each side of your cards.

The PR-C151 can be configured as a dual-sided or edge-to-edge lamination system.

The optimal configuration will depend on your speed and footprint requirements:

  • Dual lamination with same patch on both sides: PR-C151 with one (1) PR-L151
  • Dual lamination with a different patch on both sides: PR-C151 with one (1) PR-L151 and alternating patch material laminate
  • Dual lamination with a different patch on both sides and high speed output: PR-C151 with two (2) PR-L151 laminators and different patch material in each laminator.
  • Single side edge-to-edge lamination with a protective patch on one side: PR-C151 with two (2) PR-L151 laminators and edge-to-edge thinfilm (softcoat) material and a 1mil patch
